General Conditions Entrance will only be allowed to those who have registered properly in due time. The number of attendees is limited by the maximum capacity of the convention hall, that is 250-300 people. So individual reservation will be ordered rigurously by reception date. If that limit of capacity is exceeded, the organizing committee will give priority to those who have full membership in the society over those who have not. Attendees will be received at the main front door of the Fòrum Nord, when proper registration will be checked and the official documentation will be handed out. Activities will begin officially on saturday 22th morning, and will last until sunday 23th afternoon. Registration enables attendees to access the building and to attend the scheduled activities. All extra services (lodging costs, additional touristic visits, meals, bar service...) will be payed independently on one's own account, and are not included in the registration rates. The organizers provide a list of agreed hotels for the Congress (check under "Accommodation costs"), but this doesn't mean any compromise to manage reservation or even payment. All prices are individual (per person) and VAT included, and cover the full event. Registration rate Paying the registration rate only grants right to attending the Congress' activities, and basically covers the expenses of convention hall rental, the information dossier and other materials that will be handed out to participants.
