General Conditions Entrance will only be allowed to those who have registered properly in due time. The number of attendees is limited by the maximum capacity of the convention hall, that is 180-200 people. So individual reservation will be ordered rigurously by reception date. If that limit of capacity is exceeded, the organizing committee will give priority to those who have booked a room in the hotel over those who only register for the conference. Reception of the attendees will be open along saturday 9th morning, when proper registration will be checked, the official documentation will be handed out and directions for the reserved room will be given (if booked at the hotel). Activities will begin officially on saturday 9th afternoon, and will last until tuesday 12th morning, so the event will last 3 days in overall in terms of meals and room booking. Saturday lunch is included, although those arriving after that time will be allowed to exchange it for tuesday 12th lunch optionally. All extra services (additional days, meals, bar service...) will be payed independently, as well as the optional use of the Spa facilities (sauna, massages...). The covered, heated swimming pool is freely available to all guests at the hotel, at no additional cost. The Hotel is conditioned for access by disabled people. Pets are not allowed. If the number of attendees is high, as expected, and because of other guests sharing the hotel simultaneously to the Congress, it's quite probable that meals will be scheduled in 2 shifts for lunch and dinner. For this reason, please express your preference in the registration form. The difference between the shifts would be of an hour, and would probably be at 2 and 3 pm for lunch, and at 8 and 9 pm for dinner. Entertainment activities (excursions, etc.) are optional, and will be presented only as a suggestion. None of them will be included when paying the registration rate, and will be payed separately by those interested in them.
